is it true that we use only 10 % of our brain.....
I doubt it.
a man once told me that our brains are more complex that the entire complexity of telephone networks in the world is less when compared to the complexity in a single synapse
Could be. Brains are pretty complicated. And that's one reason why it's unlikely that we only use 10% of them: why put all that energy into building something big and complicated if you're not going to use it?
do u watch mythbusters in discovery channel
they busted this myth saying that when we are doing a thing more than 35% of our brain are active
I suspect that we use 100% of our brains at one time or another -- not necessarily all at once, but again, why use so much energy to build something if we're not going to use it? If we weren't using any given part of our brain, there would be people living normally without that part. And as a species, we might lose it entirely.
I think ((I know this information but Iforget from where I get it)) just scientists can use up to 20% of thier brains ... other people use less than this more and more (<10%) :)
i think so no.bcoz i think that einstein use only 0.5 percent of his brain.........
To those who believe that we use 10% (or less) of our brains: what do you think the remaining "unused" 90% is for? And if you really do think it isn't used, do you think a baby would live a long, fulfilling life if born without 90% of its brain?
some people have abilities were it is easy for them to use most of their brain i think we could use all of it but we just dont use it for some situations in which we really need it or we may not know how to use it
just remember mind over matter
I think it doesn't matter if we use only 0,000001% of our brain. The point is we keep using it and make sure it always working. And the happy fact is our brain loves to work! Once you feel curious on something, you stimulates your brain to find out answers and possibilities. Or when you read an article and getting confuse, you just help your brain to build more and more neuron bridges. The result is you can increase your analyzing ability and exercise your mind. Lets keep asking question, shall we? It feeds our brain ;)
