Which of the following is a polynomial with roots 2, –3i, and 3i ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if a ,b ,c are roots of a polynomial..... the equation of polynomial is y=(x-a)(x-b)(x-c) try for the given roots

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

the roots are 2, -3i and 3i therefore... x = 2 x = -3i -> x^2 = -9 x = 3i -> x^2 = -9 so the factors would be (x-2)(x^2 +9)(x^2+9) multiply that to get the polynomial

Thank you soo much!
