By the way, I am also an electronics engineer.

If you are asking especially about the courses of 4th semester then I can't tell you because I don't know what courses your university arrange in each semester.

If you are asking for whole field that what are important courses. Then I must emphasize on Power electronics and linear integrated circuits; these are related to analog electronics but for digital implementation you must be mastering on digital electronics too.
