Good advice for some, but is this a question? Personally, I believe that to be successful we must be willing to sacrifice as much sleep as we can. I achieve a perfect rhythm of exactly six hours of sleep every night, and feel guilty for wasting too much time.
I don't agree. I get 3 to 4 hours of sleep during my work week, and I rarely get sick.
People who are able to reach a level of deep sleep even in 3-4 hours, are able to function just fine; napping helps also.
