Lower blood pressure

I'd go with "increased balance." Cardio does tend to lower blood pressure (in those with high BP), as well as improve heart 'strength' (because the heart muscle is being 'worked' with cardio) and increase oxygen delivery to cells. But balance is not necessarily improved with cardio. For example, if you do cardio on a recumbent bike, you're not challenging your balance, thus it won't improve. You get better at balancing by balancing, not by doing cardio.
