A prime number is when it can only be divided by 1 and itself. For example, 3, 5, and 13 are all prime numbers. A composite number is the opposite. It is a number that can be divided by 1 and itself, but also be other numbers. For example, 6, 8, and 64 are all composite numbers. Do you understand now? :)
