what is the difference between a Tenor Ukulele and a Concert Ukulele?

A Tenor Ukelele's frets are more spread out then a Concert's. This makes it easier to play narrow chords, but requires more stretching. Tenors are usually more bigger than Concert Ukes, and I personally like the sound of a Concert Ukelele better than a Tenor's.
