At a boring formal evening banquet, you get served a watery soup with disgusting little meatballs floating at the top. To your delight, there is also a bottle of olive oil on the table, and you empty its contents into your soup bowl. What will the meatballs do now (compared to before you added the olive oil)?

dont get it... if meatballs have density between water and oil they will be in the middle, if they have lesser density than oil they will float on oil which floats on water...

i dont know what density meatballs have...

me neither :( All i know is that they are less dense than water

I tried saying that they would stay at the same height in the water, but that was wrong
