What do you mean by specify the quality of a moderator? Like, if we think ours are good or what we think about them etc.?

Oh! Okay, well, I think our moderators are pretty awesome. Everyone who is currently a site mod I like, I think I know them all to some extent and they are fun loving people who get the job done. *like a boss* B)

I think self-motivation is always good as long as it is for a good cause. Other people won't do for us what we could/should be doing ourselves and if they are we probably don't necessarily deserve it.
