Explain, using complete sentences, how you can determine whether or not a circle may circumscribe a quadrilateral.

If any pair of vertically opposite angles of the quadrilateral are supplementary (i.e. add up to 180 degrees), then it's called a *cyclic quadrilateral*, and can be circumscribed. Other wise not. Use this, and tweak the sentences a bit to present it well.
