The real question is: is there any compiler that translates from python language into pic binary file ?

PIL python imaging library is very good at image manipulation and generation. its a package available through the package index. as for microcontrollers you can program with python Tinkerforge brick modules or an arduino boards, or beagle boards with a camera module will be good places to look. here are the sites. http://beagleboard.org/buy http://www.arduino.cc/playground/Main/SimilarBoards https://shop.tinkerforge.com
