Welcome to OpenStudy and can you clarify what you mean by "harder to control"? That is very open to interpretation. I mean I can say influenza is hard to control, but it sure become a whole lot harder if it's a new strain variant in humans or the host it infects is not able to resist it well (i.e.: a newborn baby or a person with AIDS).

@hajer Or a multidrug resistant disease, or an opportunistic disease, etc. It depends on what they intended.
yeah as u say but when i googlin ifound an answer it's emerging disease ...... so i cant be so sure jus to help
