my teacher ask me to look at any processor details , then write two simple programs work on that processor. i don't know how start ? where find processor details ? how i guarantee my program will fits it ?

Right click My Computer and click on Properties to see processor details

Just write a simple application (Console based is just fine)  and tell your instructor that  it runs on your x86/x64 processor. That unless he wanted you to write Assembly code !
