just need an answer checked. How is the graph of log(x+3) translaetd from the graph of log x? I'm guessing up 3, but i'm not sure.

This is something common in pretty much all functions. \[x = a\space \log_{b}(y - h) + k\]Horizontal/Phase Shift = -h Vertical Shift = k
