Graphing problem, tried to graph and compare but it didn't work. Problem is attached
@Hotwire This is very similar. \[y = ab^{x - h} + k\]Horizontal/Phase Shift = -h Vertical Shift = k
So, this one would be 3 units right as well! right?

I didn't answer at first because I was graphing it.
But in the last problem, (x+3) meant 3 to the right. wouldnt this be the opposite?
No. If you remember, it was x - 3 and it was 3 units to the right.
Oh geez, I must have asked you the wrong question. The one you helped me with before was (x+3). Does that mean it's to the left?

(x - 3) is 3 to the right. (x + 3) is 3 to the left.
