False.  Private investors are never unwilling to help businesses get started.  That's the whole point of being an investor.  Of course, they are also never willing to help businesses get started if they're not going to make any money and just go out of business.  Since sometimes people wish they would, anyway, they're sometimes accused of being stupid, short-sighted, or evil.
