well 1st u need to graph it, that will find the intersections for the inner loop then use integral of 1/2 r^2, you can find half the interval since the graph is symmetric and not worry about the 1/2

graphing it is the annnoying part, for the inner loop problems you MUST graph it, findning the zeroes only wont work
