Okay. In parallel lines, the slopes of the two lines are the same. In perpendicular lines, the slopes are opposite reciprocals (like 4/5 and -5/4) Find the slopes of the lines by finding the change in y/change in x Line A: 1/2 Line B: 2/4 1/2 and 2/4 are equal, so the lines are parallel.
