I don't know how much help I can be. It's been a LONG times since I've done geometric proofs.

TE and PE must be congruent, and ME and ER must also be congruent. This comes directly from the fact that TM and RP are congruent and parallel. I can't recall how to arrive at the conclusion using actual geometric proofs. Sorry.
