Yup. For more detail, what he means is plug in values for x and get respective y-values. For instance. y = x^2 - 3x + 3 y = 0^2 - 3(0) + 3 y = 3 (0, 3) is a point. y = x^2 - 3x + 3 y = 1^2 - 3(1) + 3 y = 1 (1, 1) is a point. etc.
