Read the two statements shown below. If the weather is not cold, Bud will go swimming. The weather is cold, or Bud will not go swimming. Create truth tables for the logical form of the two statements (not to be submitted). Use the truth tables to determine whether the two statements are logically equivalent. Justify your answer.

The contrapositive of a statement is equivalent to the original statement. So, If CW = F, -> S=T So if its CW = T -> S=F Those are contrapositives, so they are equivalent.

I do not understand, how can these statements be contrapositive, I thought they were just the inverse? My truth table tells me they are not logically equivalent. @Luigi0210 @robtobey
