ummmm.idk this is all they gave me in the queston
im not too sure, maybe try work them out using a simultaneous equation. therefore u say H(t) = -16t2 + 30t + s with any different x and y values (well t and H(t) values) and use those two equations to solve for t and when you have t, solve for s
