Which of the following is not a step used when graphing the equation y = −one over fivex - 2 using the slope-intercept method? Plot the x-intercept (-10, 0). Plot the y-intercept (0, -2). Draw a line through the two points. Count down 1 and right 5 from the y-intercept.

Plot the x-intercept (-10, 0). ** you dont have to bother about x-intercept at all, when using slope-intercept method. you simply goto y-intercept, and count rise/run. draw a line throught those two points. hope it helps :)
