OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

i dont know if this is for chemistry or biology (all i know is it's in my "environment" class) how do we classify pollutants? i mean there are three classifications right? gaseous and particulate; indoor and outdoor; primary and secodnary so my question is...in classifying do we state all of those? like i will say gaseous-primary-outdoor?

OpenStudy (trancenova):

Hmmm (I would have stuck it in geography, but this is all pretty ambiguous) I suspect it would depend on why you were classifying them. I suppose you would have to use all three to correctly classify them though. (sorry for the vagueness, when talking about pollutants I haven't actually seen that type of classification as such but I have seen descriptions of those three aspects so if you needed to have a discreet classification I would say all three).
