OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

what is the gaussian thingy of matrices and how is it used?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you mean http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaussian_elimination

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

i think so...it's the one with the \[\huge \left[\begin{array}{ccc} 1 & 0 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 0 & 1 \end{array} \right]\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is used to reduce matrices in row echelon form or diagonal matrix using basic row -column operations which are used in turn for various purposed like solving linear system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gaussian_elimination#Example

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

O.O im not familiar with those terms so i dont think it's how we'll apply them

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

is there a simpler use of it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

solve x + 2y = 3 4x + 5y = 6 using this algoritm ... change it into |dw:1341533240853:dw|

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

this is cramer's right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

|dw:1341533268828:dw|
