The most important thing is to note that you are being yelled at, therefore making the situation more urgent. Now, Kings Island expects AS WELL as encourages you to "contribute to the growth of [our] business". Considering the question, this is a semi-tautological statement, suggesting that nobody at Kings Island actually knows what they are doing.

Now, the usage of the term "sales" suggests retail business. Presumably, if you are selling something, and you have no idea what you're doing (to the point where improvement efforts are merely expressions of tautological thought), you are most likely selling invisible things. Being that it is hard to market invisible things, the best strategy to keep people in your store is to lock them in until they agree to buy something.
