Could you clarify? A screenshot would be great, although I understand it may be difficult.

Are the notifications listed doubly in the dropdown as well? or is it that you just get two popups per notification? is it for all notifications or just some?

When you click *Notifications*, they appear single. But, when you get a new notification, it appears twice. I'd try to take an instant screenshot the next time I get a notif.
