Stepping Up: Goal Setting in Action List one long-term goal, like an athletic accomplishment, you might like to achieve one day. For the goal you choose, use the eight steps in goal setting listed below and briefly tell how you will complete each step. 1. Identify your goal 2. Analyze where you are now 3. Benefits of your goal 4. Obstacles 5. Knowledge you need 6. Action plan 7. Timeline 8. Reaching your goal

From what I understand, you need help creating a long-term goal. No one here can choose a specific goal for you and you shouldn't expect us to - but we can try to help you along the way. It also appears that although the question states the goal can be "like" an athletic accomplishment, it doesn't necessarily have to be related to something athletic, so any long-term goal will do. Surely there's something you want to achieve in the future? Good grades in school maybe? Learn something new like a language or musical instrument? It could also be about continuing something you are currently doing, like "I will continue to exercise every day." Of course, simply having a goal is no good if you don't have a clear idea of what it is and what you need to work at to reach it. What exactly will you do when exercising? How long will you exercise for? I like to write out "S.M.A.R.T." goals which give you a better idea of what you want to do (and should make it easier to complete the 8 steps you provided). You can read more about S.M.A.R.T. goals here: http://topachievement.com/smart.html
