I meant f(x)=x^3 at x=-3 and x=4

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

area of a curve?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well the question say find the equation of the secant line that passed through the graph of \[f \left( x \right)=x ^{3} \] at x=-3 and x=4.

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

awww derivatives =_= sorry my memory regarding these is vague

OpenStudy (lgbasallote):

@UnkleRhaukus pls help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know how to do them ?

OpenStudy (apoorvk):

This isn't derivatives. You just have to determine the two coordinates lying on the graph at the two values of 'x' given, and find the equation line passing through them.|dw:1341620624837:dw| Hmm, so what's the value of 'y' when c=-3 and when x=4?
