Why the terrorist attack the twin towers (9/11)?
i want to know about that also....waiting for answer.
one plane two buildings... one for two
because in history as we know the U.S got involve in many different events like the cold war, vietnam war, WWI and WWII, Israeli–Palestinian conflict and the terrorist are those people who think that the U.S is taking over world and doing all of this as a excuse by destroying the twin tower they wanted the U.S to stop intervene with they homeland. To stop spreading the influence of the U.S
Two reasons: (1) To get attention. They were sure news media worldwide would cover the event extensively, and that it would produce a tremendous interest in who could possibly have undertaken such a hideous and spectacular thing, and why. At first, you might think the intended audience was to be Americans, or at least the American government. But that's silly. They knew very well it would only anger Americans, and the result would be a fairly aggressive and angry response. Of course, they mistook just HOW aggressive the response would be: I think nowadays the US has to reach down to about the twentieth level of Al Qaeda leadership for targets, because everyone above that level has already been killed. But the drones and special forces assassins are still busy, and I can easily believe that it won't be very long before every single person who participated in any way in that attack is dead. The Israelis did just this with the famous attacks on the Israeli Olympic team in 1972: over the next 10-15 years, the Mossad tracked down and killed every single participant. But the US is much less consistent: sometimes it reacts with great ferocity to attacks -- just ask the Japanese what happened after pearl Harbor -- but many other times it ignores them, or responds only a little bit. The 9/11 terrorists took the gamble, but unfortunately (for them) lost. Their actual intended audience was other people in their countries of origin, particularly the Middle East (particularly Saudi Arabia and Egypt) and Pakistan. In both countries the terrorists represented strata of societies that were relatively well off, but also cut off from the participation in political power that they felt was their natural right. That's because all three countries are deeply tribal, and your "connections" matter as much or more than your wealth or success. How to change this? By demonstrating to the "connected" others that you have the daring, energy, creativity and pluck to attack and wound the United States. That is sure to impress the people who have been leaving you out of their considerations at home. (2) It was easy. All you needed was some suicidal or otherwise mentally-disturbed fools (who actually commit the act), a little bit of planning and money, and some hand weapons. It's not hard to take command of an airplane, it's not hard to fly one, and it's not hard to hit a great big building with one.
because the twin towers or otherwise known as the world trade centers was the main wasn't the main target. it was most a distraction for the failed attempt to hit the white house also like @Carl_Pham the world trade centers were known through out the world it was to show the world that they would kill them selfs for their crazy cause.
