In the history of astronomy, which of the following is true? Galileo Galilei was a student of Tycho Brahe. Johannes Kepler built one of the first observatories. Ptolemy argued that Earth was the center of the universe. Isaac Newton was criticized for his work on the geocentric model.

to my knowledge the argument of Ptolemy i,e "Ptolemy argued that Earth was the center of the universe" is true.

well according to Stephen hawking on the shoulders of giants , tycho brahe was the rich man who made observations on the motion of stars and planet ( without telescope) but Kepler was the one who equate those observation ( forming the 3 Kepler's law) Galileo was the one who started inertia and relativity ( his relativity - a car at rest and a car moving at constant speed sees the same thing) Newton combines the idea of Kepler to form the law of universal gravitation and combine the laws of Galileo forming the 3 main newtonian laws ( which is a failure after Einstein's ) well, gravity is a very interesting thing ( the field, in general relavity and also into quantum)
