xx(t)= 6(1-cos(t/2)) yy(t)= 20t(1-sin(t))(cos(t/2))^2 0

OpenStudy (ash2326):

Sorry I don't know this @TuringTest might be able to help

OpenStudy (turingtest):

I'm not familiar with the notation xx(t) and yy(t)

OpenStudy (turingtest):

why is there an extra variable?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean by extra variable?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

xx(t) and yy(t) is parametric function

OpenStudy (turingtest):

I just write x(t) or y(t) never seen the double x or y before

OpenStudy (turingtest):

this is strange, you have a parametric function with two dependent variables, x and y that's a two-dimensional figure, how can it have a volume?

OpenStudy (turingtest):

how is the question literally? does it maybe read more like find the region bound by....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the xx(t) and yy(t) just two functions...it could be seen as x(t) and y(t) it doesnt' matter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just find the region bound by these two parametric equations volume
