this is strange, you have a parametric function with two dependent variables, x and y that's a two-dimensional figure, how can it have a volume?
how is the question literally? does it maybe read more like find the region bound by....
the xx(t) and yy(t) just two functions...it could be seen as x(t) and y(t) it doesnt' matter
