the minimum & maximum values occur at vertex.

do you know how to find the vertex ?

maximum/minimum can be found through finding the vertex.

try the formula x = -b/2a

Then do I substitute -7 for x and find y? Is y what I'm supposed to find? I got -29 as my answer
