How did naturalism differ from realism? When I think of naturalism, I think of Jack London - where it is man against nature and nature is anthromorphized.

imho, the best representative of naturalizm could be Emile Zola. yet, i dont know, what do you think can we classify H. Charles Bukowski as another example? forgive my ignorant qstn in advance
