a taxi driver has a new fee schedule that charges $1 for the first quarter mile and 50 cents for each additional mile. This service replaces the previous fee schedule that charged $1 for the first half mile and 60 cents for each additional quarter mile. After how many miles will the cost be the same?

ok so they charge 1 for every 1/4 a mile mk so i multipled 1 by 4 so wed have a full mile
thats were i got the 4
