At what shutter speed setting does it become difficult to hold the camera without the image becoming blurry?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Shutter speed is the exposure time. If your shutter speed is too slow your picture may become blurry (anything that moves blurs) but you can use slow shutter speed to do some pretty cool effects, such as focusing only one part of the photo and blurring the rest. You can also use it in darker places, so the camera can get more light into it. I think any slower then 1/30th of a second, it will start getting hard to stop blurring. Hope this helped :) Source(s): http://www.digital-photography-tips.net/shutter-speed-creative.html
