What is ampLifier ? What are the different parts of amplifier? Functions of each parts ?

you can consider it a box, its job is to amplify whether current or voltage.. its basic component is "Transistors" which can be BJT's or FET's or even both.." those who play the role of amplifying" it could contains capacitors " for filtering for example.."

amplifiers can be built up using the basic transistors or power devices the function of an amplifier is to amplify (increase the strength of the signal) first we have an i/p which must be in range of the device that is being used for eg a s/g less than 0.7v wont be able to drive a transistor or a s/ with v.high vtg could damage it then comes the amplifier and then a/n o/p device this is the basic block diagram of an amplifier circuit
