Serious.

Starting from 11:30 pm OST(OpenStudy time ;) ) till 5:30 pm OST, we have an empty OS with members online < 50. This is also the time of trolls. Absolutely no moderator is online, so the trolls are fed in chat.

Can admins please add a new moderator according to this time-shift? It'd be appreciated.
