OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{x+2}{9}>-5\]?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

multiply by 9 subtract 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How do I get the answer by showing all work? I am sorry but I am horrible at this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x+2/9>-5 x+2-5/9 x-3/9 i don't know is it correct o no?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have no idea? Thank you for helping! ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ur welcome...:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

gud luck!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{x+2}{9}>-5\] \[9\times \frac{x+2}{9}>9\times -5\] \[x+2>-45\] \[x+2-2>-45-2\] \[x>-47\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

unless it is \[x+\frac{5}{9}>-5\] in which case the answer is different

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if it is \[x+\frac{5}{9}>-5\] the answer is \[x>-5-\frac{5}{9}\] \[x>-\frac{50}{9}\] not sure which one you wrote
