A special congratulatory LGBARIDDLE for @Callisto for becoming moderator!! ;) There are 3 houses and after each house lies an empty lot. So there are 3 houses and 3 empty lots. A boy would like to leave the SAME amount of seeds at each empty lot, and be left with none at the end. What happens though is that each time he passes through one of the houses the number of seeds he has doubles. So he has to start off with what number of seeds, taking into consideration that they double, so that he is left with no seed whatsoever at the end?
