Not sure by what you mean by "three" gods? There were many gods in the Egyptian pantheon who fulfilled a wide variety of roles. If you just need three, though, here are three of the most important ones:

Ra - The hawk-headed Sun God; he is one of the Ennead who were the original nine gods
Osiris - God of the Dead who watched over the underworld
Seth - The jackal-headed God of the Deserts
