For this part of the function the function will deal a new hand if the player chooses ‘n’, or it will choose to use the previous hand if ‘r’ is chosen.

I don’t get how this works if the first time through the loop ‘r’ is chosen. Hand has not been created at all yet as the deal_hand() function has never been
