Any ideas where to start?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you mean a radical term?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't know :/ and yes

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Part 1: Pick a variable. Then raise that variable to a fraction exponent.

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

Tell me what you get for part 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well just say x^(1/2) = sqrt(x) to convert just put the denominator as square root. and the numerator as the exponent of x.
