which according to me comes out to be 1/2 to 1 so cos would be +ve but less than 1 so integral part is zero?

answer had to be 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9
it could be 1/2 at max to -3/2 's integral part
means 0 or -1 or -2
so it thought it was 0 i didnt used much brains here was it right?
