@cshalvey there are some people saying email abuse@openstudy.com, some say contact@openstudy.com. which is whiich? or it can be either?

Well, typically abuse@openstudy.com is used for issues regarding CoC, warnings, suspensions, etc, while contact@openstudy.com is for more general issues.

Though in all honesty, we do check both :)

Deleting an account involves wiping the profile of any information, resetting the password, and turning all email settings off. We don't delete any of the associated content.
