@nataliedople123 there is no such thing as the "addition property" so I hope you didn't just take that answer as gold...
I'm pretty sure you typed the problem incorrectly, or else they are perhaps invoking the additive identity of zero property
because by what you have written, we have that n=0 the fact that a+0=a is called the additive identity property, but I'm not sure that's what they want
