The cost of producing pots is the initial investment, $175, plus $3.50 in materials per pot. Therefore, the function C(p) = 175 + 3.5p defines the cost, C, of producing a number of pots, p. To the nearest cent, how much will it cost to produce 125 pots? I got 612.50, and then follow up question asked how many pots can be produced if the budget is limited to $450 I got 78.57. Then the next question asks what the graph of this function would be and I am not quite sure how to figure that out. Can anyone help me?

C(p) = 175 + 3.5p The function as given. is also similar in this form, y= 3.5x + 175. This is the general equation of a straight line, where the slope is m=3.5 and the y-intercept = 175

It asks if it is: A. a ray with endpoint at (0, 0) and a positive slope B.a ray with endpoint at (0, 0) and a negative slope C.a ray with endpoint at (0, 175) and a negative slope D.a ray with endpoint at (0, 175) and a positive slope
