what is Anaerobic Respiration??

OpenStudy (stephstar101):

It is a type of cellular respiration (produces energy) that occurs when oxygen isn't present. Fermentation is an example

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanx :) but how would you relate it to temperature?

OpenStudy (stephstar101):

I have to say, I'm not really sure! :U I hope you find your answer soon!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanx anyways :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anaerobic respiration is a type of respiration that does not need oxygen. glycolosis and fermntation are two types of anaerobic respiartion. for exmple when you are excercising, you feel like you have a shoratage of breath and you are breathing a lot which means that you are producing ATP, which shows that the human body system is still able to produce ATP without the presence of oxygen. you have to remember that in anaerobic respiration, only 2 molecules of ATP is made. hope that helps :D

thanx you both helped a lot <3
