but the reason step two is wrong is the reason given in D, so what @Champs said
But i see it now, He put his ( ) in the wrong place, which makes you solve your problem wrong/
And wrote it out wrong.. His whole problem is wrong.
In step 2 he is putting -(x-4y).. On expanding it will become -x+4y. right? Incorrect use of brackets.
