0.22 is the same as \( \frac{22}{100} \) and 0.79 is the same as \( \frac{79}{100} \)

so the first number is the same as saying, divide something (a pie?) into 100 pieces and take 22 of the pieces
the 2nd number means take 79 pieces. Which would you rather have (which is more?)
